The view from my junior suite balcony was stunning, overlooking the river with herons visiting at dawn. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection, including seasonal salads. however, dinner options were somewhat limited and too focused on heavier fare like bacon and cheese. I had to switch to a smaller room for the second night, which was less comfortable than the spacious junior suite. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, making my experience delightful despite the minor drawbacks.

Had a lovely stay and enjoyed the smoked haddock at breakfast, it was delicious! The relaxing lounge and cozy outdoor seating made it easy to unwind after a long day. We did wish for a couple more options on the dinner menu, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. 😊

Absolutely loved my stay at The Chainbridge! The riverside location enchanted me. I spent countless hours on the balcony soaking in the spectacular views of the river. The sound of the water was soothing, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room impressed me. it felt fresh and welcoming. Staff provided top-notch service, always friendly and eager to help. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. the selection was delightful, especially the sausages. the TV options left a lot to be desired, as there were only basic channels. I found the Wi-Fi connection to be a bit spotty in my room, which was a nuisance. The lack of a hairdryer also surprised me, especially for longer stays. Parking was limited, making it a bit tricky to navigate at busy times, and the heating fluctuated during my visit, causing some discomfort at night.

We stayed in a Small Double Room and it was a bit cramped, but the cleanliness was spot on. The beds were okay, nothing to write home about, but they did the job. There was a lack of a view, so that was disappointing. we had to change rooms because we were initially placed on the second floor with no lift access, which was a hassle, but props to the staff for sorting it out quickly.

Just a reliable pick for a brief weekend stay in Llangollen with attractive and competitive value for money. The stunning view from the Junior Suite balcony was a highlight. Be prepared for limited food options in the restaurant.

The wedding venue impressed with its stunning floral decor and airy atmosphere, creating a picturesque setting for celebrations. The terrace offered a beautiful approach and views of the river Dee, especially lovely during sunset.
While the junior suite provided ample space, the furnishings felt outdated and did little to enhance comfort. the food selection lacked variety, serving the same limited menu for both lunch and dinner, which can be underwhelming staying more than a night.
